About Nott-Innovative
Using several generation’s worth of innovation and entrepreneurship experience found through my family background, I strive to find all the problems in everyday life, and do my best to fix them with products brought to you from the imagination of Nott-Innovative team members!
As well as innovating and creating new, practical products, I am also a photographer, videographer, editor, and leather smith. In short, I am here to make every aspect of your life easier.
My History
My name is Chay Nott. I am the creator, designer, and head innovator of Nott-Innovative, a small company located in Brooksville, Florida.
I’ve grown up around innovation and creation my entire life. My Father has owned and operated many a business with the help of my Mother, and they, along with my Grandfather and Uncle (Who have also owned their own businesses in the past), have been able to pass down many, many years’ worth of valuable information to not only succeed in the business world, but how to be honest and solve people’s problems at the same time.
My parent’s current business, JAGMTE, focuses on solving peoples problems in the overlanding, camping, and survival world. My goal was to accomplish this same task, but in a much more broad manner. With this in mind, I launched Nott Innovative, an innovation company. This is to be the first of many businesses and companies in my journey.

Jennifer Nott
Manufacturing
Manufactures various products for Nott-Innovative. Co-designer of various products.

Jennifer has co-owned and operated many businesses alongside Fritz.
Chay Nott
CEO
Owner of Nott Innovative, Nott Shots, and Nott Crafty. He is the Primary innovator/manufacturer. At just 18, Chay has several years of business training under his belt. His mother and father (Jennifer and Fritz) have owned several businesses in the past, as well has his grandfather and uncle. This has given Chay the opportunity to, for years, learn from his family’s failures and successes.
Chay also assists his parents with their current business, JAGMTE, in the way of packaging outbound orders, and managing social media.
Fritz Nott
Advisor
Head advisor for Nott-Innovative. Essential to the development of products by finding as many issues with the prototypes as possible to have fixed and perfected.

Fritz Nott has co-owned and operated several businesses alongside Jennifer. These include Fritz Skate Shop (Miami, FL), and JAGMTE (Just A Guy Making Things Easier, Brooksville, FL).
